紅寶石朱古力下午茶套餐 (Ruby Chocolate Tea Set for 2) $468
兩層架嘅下午茶套餐放滿咗手工小點同精緻嘅甜點，當中我哋尤其欣賞牛油果煙三文魚塔、蘋果金寶塔同伯爵茶鬆餅。牛油果煙三文魚塔嘅塔皮鬆脆，配上軟熟嘅牛油果，形成強烈嘅對比。蘋果金寶塔嘅塔皮富牛油香，質感脆口，蘋果味道突出。伯爵茶鬆餅嘅伯爵茶味道濃烈，味道唔會太甜，令人唔自覺咁食得一乾二淨。
The tea set is full of snacks and exquisite desserts. Among all of them, we especially appreciate the smoked salmon tart, apple tart and earl grey scone. The smoked salmon tart is topped with creamy avocado, which is a perfect match with the crispy tart. The apple tart is rich in butter flavour and an outstanding apple taste. The scone also has a strong flavour of earl grey, that would not taste too sweet.

雲卷 (Soft Roll) $188
雲卷有兩種口味，分別係煉奶同紅寶石口味。兩款雲卷嘅質感都好軟綿綿，煉奶口味用上自家製嘅煉奶，味道微甜，感覺清新。紅寶石口味味道清香，配上水果鮮香解膩。
Soft rolls come in two flavours, which are condensed milk and ruby chocolate. The texture of both soft rolls is extremely fluffy. Homemade condensed milk is used, which tastes slightly sweet and fresh. The ruby chocolate soft roll tastes delicate, with a fruity refreshing fragrance.
