很同意KO的講法,本來的The Basil是我的Favourite Restaurant,平均每個月都會光顧一次。很欣賞他們的咖哩,小食同香蘭葉甜品。而家o既Simply Thai對我o黎講真係一次就夠!o黎過o既人或者都知間餐廳係L型,入門口o既位置會係大檯,再轉入去望街o既窗口位會比較多細檯。前兩日o黎食晚飯,門口位明明大把吉檯,都唔知點解要安排我o地坐o係L字盡頭o係正廚房門口o的二人檯~!果個位又嘈,成門餐廳個地板又油lup lup。坐o係果個位係好難叫到waiter的~如果唔係個裝修,我唔會覺得哩門係美心集團o既餐廳~!我倆叫了三個Dish加一個Drink:Mojito $35 - Taste really bad~ I could only taste the alcohol, no mint nor lime favor at all~White Curry Lamb Steak with Garlic Spanish ~$78The lamb tasted okay. The lamb tasted okay. The spanish and eggplant were good. But the souce was a bit oily and too spicy >.<"
Fried Spring Roll with Scallop & BBQ Duck ~$55
Nothing special. The fried spring roll layer made our mouth full of oil. Couldn't really taste the scallop and the duck. The ginger favour ruled your mouth. Not recommended.
Fried Rice Noodle with Chicken and Basil ~$78
This one was really strange. The chicken tasted like pork chop. The noodle was pretty good. But overall it's a bit too spicy~
如果要真的找一個優點,我會選擇佢o既香氛Candle同埋佢會送Welcome Drink~
一間餐廳不竟要食物好才能留得住客人。由一間高水準的香葉天轉型為現在的心.泰，真的不明白美心集團的方針~希望佢o地會派多o的人去巡鋪同檢討,不然流失的客人會更多,at least我和我的朋友已經是其中一群。
