🥗They offer Pasta or Main Course + Salad Bar, 🥟the self-service area have a variety of food choice, like seafood, salad, snack, dessert, 💰and including some comparatively expensive items, for example, 🐟smoked salmon, Parma ham, snail, surf clam, etc, you must be filling when you finish them all👅
🐑Pistachio Crusted New Zealand Rack of Lamb Provençal ($388)🐑
🤩The presentation is stunning and of hotel restaurant’s quality. 🔪The lamb chop is medium well and so soft in texture. 🟢It’s cover with crunchy pistachio granules and it goes perfectly with the meat! 🫙 Apart from lamb gravy, there are are mint sauce for you to dip in as well.🤭 For the drink, a cold citrus lemon tea is ordered, which is so appetising👍
🍝Hokkaido Scallop Spaghetti ($358)🍝
🍅The pasta has scallop, sea cucumber, cherry tomato, black fungus inside, which sound attractive. 🍴The pasta is Al dente and they use X.O. Dashi as the sauce, 🥣it’s a novel combination and taste slightly sweet and spicy. 🍊For the drink, orange juice ($28) is ordered and it’s cool and refreshing🧊
