This thick-cut grilled ox tongue was so good with the fatty and slightly chewy texture. (The sauce on the side was not my thing that it’s quite sour. Furthermore, the ox tongue was perfect by itself)

Love it so much that it just matched so well together but ordered too much (just 1.5 skewers each actually) as it’s quite filling 😬
