◽️今次要介紹嘅係位於銅鑼灣嘅金金日式燒肉店，位於鬧市中嘅日式燒肉店，同時受到嘅評價普遍都唔錯，所以我哋決定去一試究竟。Kin Kin Yakiniku is located in Causeway Bay, specializes in Japanese Barbecue. 櫻花龍蝦沙律豆腐 (Cold Tofu with Lobster Salad)
凍豆腐配上麻醬，再用上櫻花龍蝦作點綴。櫻花嘅甜配龍蝦嘅鮮幾特別，作為前菜極為開胃。
Cold Tofu matches well with the sesame paste, added with lobsters on top that gives a refreshing a sweet flavour. The salad is extremely appetizing.

金目鯛刺身沙律 (Alfonsino Salad with Crab Roe)
金目鯛作為白身魚，肉身柔軟而且味道較淡，配上醬汁同蟹籽食一流。沙律底下加上椰果有少許奇怪，但味道又唔錯。兩款沙律都加上唔少分。
Alfonsino has a soft texture and it tastes great together with the sour sauce and crab roe. It is strange to add coconut jelly below the salad, but it tastes surprisingly appetizing with the salad.

海鮮 (Seafood)
海鮮分別有松葉蟹腳、大蝦同帆立貝，當中以松葉蟹腳最為吸引。蟹腳烤過後厚肉而結實，而且咬落多汁。大蝦烤過後內裡好水，令到肉質較鬆散。帆立貝中規中矩，若清酒味道更重會更佳。
Among the three kinds of seafood, the crab legs perform the best. The crab meat is juicy with a solid and thick texture. The big shrimp is watery inside that makes it tastes soft. For the scallop, it will taste better if the flavour of sake is stronger.

燒肉 (Yakiniku Platter)
燒肉拼盤其實做得幾出色，亦都係令人覺得值回票價嘅地方。佐賀A4黑毛和牛肉質柔軟，脂肪均勻，入口不用咀嚼且多汁。蔥蒜牛舌質感彈牙，蔥蒜味道滲入到牛舌嘅每一處，同樣美味。香草雞腿肉嘅香草味道比較奇怪，亦可能係我哋食唔慣。
The yakiniku platter really worths your money. For the A4 Saga Wagyu Rib Eye, you can see the nice pattern of fat, that gives the soft and juicy taste once you have placed it into your mouth. The ox tongue has a bouncy texture, with the taste of onion and garlic penetrate into every inch of the ox tongue. For the chicken, we both find the Italian Basil sauce tastes quite strange.

黑松露和牛炒飯 (Black Truffle Wagyu Fried Rice)
炒飯頗有驚喜，原因係黑松露味十足，令到食完燒肉嘅我哋都唔會覺得好滯。
The fried rice is riched in the taste of black truffle, that removes the greasiness from the meat barbecue.

自家製牛乳凍 (Homemade Strawberry Milk Pudding)
牛乳凍則較普通，但係成個餐已經令人感覺滿足，而且好抵食。
The milk pudding tastes normal. However, we both agree that the set is both satisfying and worthy.
