香妃焗飯($98 for two): many many ingredient on the top, e.g. dried mushroom, chicken, canpoy,.....all are cut into small pieces. the rice is little wet because there is a little sauce. quite tasty but a little bit salty. it served in a pot and it is very warm after eating in cold winter.海參竹荀豆苗($118): four sea cucumber and quite many 竹荀on the top. the 竹荀豆苗is fresh and the 海參is tasty.
