其實食過唔同嘅翠華都唔少次, 但就只有庸記對面的最好食.其他如這裡或佐敦, 銅鑼灣, etc, 係差啲, 不過這裡比較近同乾淨食 lunch!抱歉從來無乜影過相, 但有啲嘢, 翠華也會是長期心水:1) - Baked Porkchop Rice: is always pretty reliable, but not top quality enough especially in its rice. Nevertheless, its definitely above-average.2) - Hong Kong Style Napolean Cake, 港式拿破崙: This can be found in some older bakeries, but the one available in Tsui Wah is very addictive! Its so good - I never even bothered paying attention to what its made up of as I just can't help myself biting

1) - Baked Porkchop Rice: is always pretty reliable, but not top quality enough especially in its rice. Nevertheless, its definitely above-average.
2) - Hong Kong Style Napolean Cake, 港式拿破崙: This can be found in some older bakeries, but the one available in Tsui Wah is very addictive! Its so good - I never even bothered paying attention to what its made up of as I just can't help myself biting into it and finish it in no time. It has some nuts mostly walnuts, a spongey cake centre with a bit of a meringue like coating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
3) - 鐵板宮保蝦球炒麵: A sweet and sour dish. The prawns are huge, slightly chemically treated even, the noodles are the pre-fried type, the sauce is very commercial Thai like. Separately none of the components stand-out, but together as a package and when eating it after too many beers after clubbing in LKF, it suddenly becomes a lethal combination! YUM!
SOME OF THE FOOD IN TSUI WAH MEANWHILE, ARE APPALLING!
WISHED IT WAS MORE EVEN IN QUALITY.
