一早就想試呢間「Sour Dough 」,試問有邊個可以抵擋得住Pastries嘅誘惑呢😽 店舖由知名Pastry Chef Gérard Dubois主理,湖水綠嘅門面又搶眼又啱打卡,一入去就見到長長嘅玻璃櫃,入面有Danish pastries、酸種麵包、scones等等,種類好多,你眼見所有pastries同麵包都係用咗sourdough整㗎😻 對於有選擇困難症嘅我真係既苦惱又開心啊🤣❤️ Mille Feuille Vanilla Tart with Bitter Orange 香橙雲尼拿千層撻$25呢度嘅招牌非千層撻莫屬🤭 基本上你會見到每張枱都至少有一個😆 佢嘅千層撻有幾隻味,今次我就試吓苦橙醬呢款先!千層撻撻邊扭成似花一樣嘅形狀,外形獨特,辨識度高,一眼就會認得出係呢間店嘅出品~ 酥皮酥脆金黃,咬落去會有「咔嚓」一聲,滿口牛油香,蛋漿焗到表面少少焦,質感滑溜😽 內餡底部有苦橙醬減少膩感,意想唔到咁夾~❤️ Fresh Fruit Panier 鮮果千層撻 $29見到鮮果千層撻真係心心眼,無可能唔揀嚟食啦😂 鮮果千層撻都係有數款,有士多啤梨、芒果、奇異果同藍莓,我就揀藍莓🫐 面

呢個係Specialty Drink,即係維也納咖啡,唔係好多地方可以飲到🤔 面頭有whipped cream、奶泡同少量可可粉,以black coffee做底☕️ 飲落好似cappuccino咁多泡,奶泡綿密,配埋附上嘅Valrhona 70%黑朱古力點綴,成件事昇華唔少😎

嚟呢度食酥皮pastries就啱啦,Pastries價錢都係廿幾蚊左右,過嚟歎個tea都幾抵食!另外呢度係要自己揾位同等位,如果要打卡我建議就要早啲過嚟,咁就有機會坐到近門口嗰打卡開放式座位😉
