Chicken and Fish Maw with Chicken Soup Rice Noodle 花膠雞美線Since the noodle is Mother’s Day Limited Version, let’s give a try. They gave out chopped chicken legs, and it’s just the normal taste chicken legs. The amounts of given fish maws were more than what we thought. Each bowl had 4-5 pieces. But obviously, the cooking time of the fish maw was not long enough. If the texture of the fish maws was softer, that would be much better.
