即使攞咗點心咭、你之前冇人等緊位、有枱亦唔等於你會有位，因為，經常會有其他茶客唔攞咭，自己上去揾位，之後知客見到有空枱叫佢哋坐。同知客講，我哋等緊，知客會話人哋到先，但佢哋冇咭喎，知客會話比人收咗... 同經理投訴，經理會叫你同知客講！但知客唔理喎，佢會走咗去...因此，無謂浪費時間！！Basically it’s a complaint about the service of this restaurant which is very bad, they only pretend to have a queuing system, but in fact, they don’t, the waiter allows people to just walk in and find their own table, ignoring the queue.
