它們的食物是幾好味的，小籠包皮薄多汁，其他餸分量都幾大。美中不足是北京填鴨要等太久。但是攪到最無奈是有啲人的服務態度，有個女部長做錯野還去駁嘴。真吾明大集團啲training都是這樣失敗。返而有啲低級小小的服務員還比這部長好得多。 Food is great and big portion; soup dumplings are exceptional. However, terrible service by one of the middle manager lady. She messed up, refused to check my order, and also talk back when I inquired about my missing food. Not sure how such a big corporation has such terrible training for their managers. I guess she doesn’t know part of her job is also customer service? Even the normal waiters provide much better service than this particular lady.
