Worse customer service ever. There were 25 tables ahead of us when I got the ticket. But only five tables had passed when we came back 30 mins late. The QR code does NOT scan so there’s no way to check the status. The staff could not give us a prediction of time. We thought it would be safe to come back after another 30 mins. When we did, 50 tables had passed. We were told by two staff and a manager to get a new ticket as our number had passed, which is absolutely ridiculous! We had been waiting

We had been waiting for an hour, including coming back to check in the middle. Thank you for treating us like an idiot.
