Don Don Ya, a Japanese Donburi Shop (Rice with Topping) @ Elements, is opened by the Maxim’s Group. The quality is not bad, but it seems slightly localised somewhat. The 三式丼 (3 Colored Sashimi Rice) - Unlike a normal Chirashi, should have more distinct colors – in this aspect, this failed to impress. The Scallops were ok, so were the ikura.
