Just walk by wanchai and randomly walked into this 如意冰室 Just had time to have dinner, so ordered a set of 粟米斑腩煲However, the skin was just too hard for chewing, not as crispy as I expected. The sauce was fine. The rice isn’t hot and soft enough.For the 茄子煲，the 茄子is a bit too soft, but the sauce is sweet enough. I finished the whole bowl of rice with it. It’s quite a good choice. I maynot come again as it was not as good as expected
