新手村係位於旺角嘅四川小店,餐廳主打麻辣黑松露干鍋,係重慶出名嘅小菜之一,可以想像為冇湯底嘅火鍋。乾鍋有唔同嘅配料選擇,包括有唔同嘅肉類、丸類、蔬菜、海鮮等。醬汁搭配用咗四川胡椒粒、朝天椒、乾辣椒,面頭加上大量芝麻。雖然有啲油膩,仲越食越辣,但食過返尋味。最後梗係要食返啖柚子冰粉解膩啦。
