新手村係位於旺角嘅四川小店，餐廳主打麻辣黑松露干鍋，係重慶出名嘅小菜之一，可以想像為冇湯底嘅火鍋。乾鍋有唔同嘅配料選擇，包括有唔同嘅肉類、丸類、蔬菜、海鮮等。醬汁搭配用咗四川胡椒粒、朝天椒、乾辣椒，面頭加上大量芝麻。雖然有啲油膩，仲越食越辣，但食過返尋味。最後梗係要食返啖柚子冰粉解膩啦。
