environment
fd said central ship is larger & more comfortable
very small entance on the street, easy to miss
need to walk on staircase to see the elevator but staircase is clean with sufficient lightling
5 ppl sitting in a small rectangular table (for 4 ppl), really too croweded. so we ordered the food seperately in small lot, otherwise, not sufficient space for the food
then we needed to have 層層疊 as there were too many plates
and also very inconvenient when any ppl (our table & the next one) need to go to washroom...a lot of ppl need to stand to allow ppl to pass...ah
very noisy at the beginning as a table of 7 girls kept on screaming & laughing, we could only eat but not hear each other's voice much....so glad they were gone after 1 hour, then we could start chatting
Service
waiters are polite
but a little bit slow, Not 自動執野 + to clean the flower when the next table spilled liquid on the floor but waiter did not check on us whether it spoiled our clothes
Drink:
- soft drink + 任飲; canned soft drink better than X田 that served with plastic glass;
- tea - ma ma
- free sake with coupon, we picked Hot one
Food
surprisingly good & portion is suitable (it also state portion for ref)

Sashimi
- I did not eat any, but my friends reorder, so i think they're ok la
Sushi
- I just tried Beancurd skin - ok
Mini hand roll/ roll/ rice
- I did not eat any & my friends did not reorder, may be too large la
Salad
- too much easabi, i dont like it
- japanese crabs, I can't find crabm may be too small la
- forget which salad, many aloe vera
Grilled
- oyster - ma ma
- mushroom - ma ma
- shrimp - fresh & taste good, but difficult to eat with a stick
- fish....dont know, but my fd reorder
- beef - ok
Japanese Food
- mixed mushroom as not much vegetable in the menu, ok la
- fried clam (多左d沙) - ok
- squid - good
- not able to order larger item such as crab congree, hot pot, port cutlet..will definitely try next time
Rice/ Udon
- not able to order starch items as too many delicious food
Fried
- hot
- most ordered in each round
- coating is suitable, not too thick as 郎X
- shrimp tempura - very good
- pumpkin - not tried, look ok
- sweet potato - not tried, look ok
- taro - good
- chicken potato - bad
- shrimp - ok, shrimp tempura is better
- scallop - not tried, look ok
- oyster - good, better than Baked oyster
- octopus - ma ma
Dessert
- served at last
- either sweet soup OR individually packed 雪糕糯米慈
but only served after 6pm
comparing with may buffet that costs double, this one is alot better
I will definitely go again
