




BOSS of the night: Deep fried whole striped bass. Boys and girls please get your fish here cos they fried them real good. Crispy, not oily, served at its finest pose on the dish. Most perfectly, the flesh had wonderfully fresh and bouncy texture. Your fish can go with noodles or rice, we opted for pork mince on rice.




On the side: new-in deep fried sliced tofu. Served on a hot pan, these tofu slices were seasoned with salt and pepper, topped with a few crispy dried shrimps. Very tasty morsels in my opinion.
