Kyo Hayashiya is quite a famous place for matcha dessert, and as a standard matchaholic, it is a must to grab some matcha dessert here!Before eating the dessert, we order the matha noodles, well... they look green in colour but i have to say the colour does not represent it is strong in flavour. the matcha cheesecake is very strong in cheeseckae flavour! I would say it is very high in cheesecake quality! however, i think the taste of it is slightly too strong to cover the taste of greentea.
this roll cake is very famous and popular too! i love the matcha cream inside of it and it suits well with the spongy cake and the lovely matcha icecream.
The matcha jelly is very nice too, but in general i think the matcha dessert is slightly lighter than i expected, which i hope that it can be stronger and richer.
The shaved ice is very surprisingly nice! sarcastically, i think the houjicha quality is higher than matcha!
