Was utterly attracted by their restaurant’s decoration, felt like I was traveling back in time to the 1980s or 90s! Super igable especially with the use of neon lights, which complimented nicely with the overall theme of the restaurant. We ordered, 金沙脆鮮魷 ($108)Freshly made! I could smell the 鹹蛋黃 as soon as the waiter placed the dish on the table 🥰 the portion was HUGEEE! I was expecting only a few pieces but I was wrong 🙈 the outer crisp was fried to a nice golden color while the squid retained

Freshly made! I could smell the 鹹蛋黃 as soon as the waiter placed the dish on the table 🥰 the portion was HUGEEE! I was expecting only a few pieces but I was wrong 🙈 the outer crisp was fried to a nice golden color while the squid retained its juiciness with a slight chewy texture! However, as usual 鹹蛋黃 gets a bit oily and filling towards the end. I recommend ordering this if have 3/4 ppl to share!
六叔煎蠔餅 ($98)
The oyster omelette had a rather crispy outer. Though the oysters are quite small, there were alot of them! The coriander on top also brought another aroma to the omelette. Overall I enjoyed this dish!
啫啫南非五頭鮑魚雞煲 ($198)
This pot came to our table with a sizzling sound. The portion was super generous with 2 huge abalone and chicken. This dish was very flavorful, would recommend this to those who like more 重口味 stuff.
The portion for all the dishes were all so big! We couldn’t finish it 🙈🥲 would recommend coming here as a group so can share the food!!
