在Food Panda 見[聖誕西班牙伊比利亞豬柳套餐 (4人)]幾吸引,特登預早24hrs前上apps預訂,24/12,17:45pm自取,諗住開心過聖誕。
點知今日接近16:00打黎,話今日先接到order,做不到。
即刻火起,我話跟捉佢地24小時前(14:20, 23 Dec)預訂和繳款。並當日已收到確認電郵及銀行sms.點會今日先訂。之後又話自己剛剛才睇到,咁即是你地餐廳失職。又叫人早24hrs前落order,但昨天至今天lunch都唔知有客訂,仲要唔夠2hrs先話做唔到。買餸都趕唔切啦。
嗰位所謂的女經理,仲要一大輪解釋,一時話前一天睇唔到order,剛才才看到。(咁冇人落單?)一時又話廚師走咗做唔到。仲叫我自己同food panda refund.
咁大間機構,你呢間分店失職,係咪可以問其他分店幫手?嗰位女經理又話唔清楚,簡直不知所謂。
我的平安夜俾呢間野搞到一鍋粥。
至於food panda找極都找不到hotline,幾經辛苦在apps才找到客務中心的【線上客服】,但又問係咪餐廳叫refund,又話聯絡唔到,兩邊不斷缷駁扯貓尾,仲未refund$592.8
