意料之外Out of Expectation由於小孩多年前在附近上課，我曾經有這裡吃早餐的習慣。今天才知道原來這裡被推舉、有望成為沙田區的名餐廳。便和家人來試試它的晚市質素如何。I used to have breakfast here years ago while my kids were having their art lessons nearby. I used to have breakfast here years ago while my kids were having their art lessons nearby. I was informed that this restaurant was being nominated to be one of the best restaurant in Shatin area. So I come with my family to try its dinner course.
這杯是熱情果莫哲托。由於不是酒精，希望會有薄荷的味道，但又不算明顯。飲品明顯沒有被調教過，只是將材料堆齊起來。嚴格來說是不合格的，但這裡不是酒吧，便算了。
This is Mojito in passion fruit favor. Although it's not an alcoholic drink, I still expected a chill taste but it did not. The drink was not properly prepared and just appeared to me by just creating one by putting the ingredients together. A bit disappointed but tolerable as it's a restaurant, no a bar.
我點的肉眼扒。出奇地是我要求的三成熟，相當難得。而且調味得宜，味道雖重但不過份，最重要的是不單調，吃起來有點層次，真的有點喜出望外。而且口感爽靭適中，完全是尖沙咀扒房的級數。怪不得被推薦為沙田區最佳餐廳之一。
This was the Rib Eyes steak I ordered, done with medium rare precisely. The seasoning was also good . Overall speaking, the steak was surprisingly good.
結論︰意料之外，喜出望外，絕對值得一試。
Conclusion : Surprisingly good. Deserve to try once definitely.
