Happened to go for a job in Wu Kai Sha, I can have a tea time break at the relaxing cafe here. I tried the Matcha Mille-feuille Cake with red bean, the thickness of crepe and matcha cream was in fact quite balanced, the mouthfeel was creamy and not too sweet. The red bean was always a good companion to matcha, but the matcha sauce on side seems a bit meaningless, as the cake is of the same flavour.I also opted for a Latte to keep myself awake, and it did give me the strong roasty and rich coffee
