今次試咗呢間日本餐廳嘅omakase☺️ 呢間餐廳主打親民價 $880已經食到16個course嘅omakase! 😋 16個course 包括剝皮魚刺身 魷魚刺身 象拔蚌刺身 拖羅 鰹魚左口魚壽司 北寄貝壽司 車海老壽司 鵝肝帶子壽司 海膽壽司等等 食前 例如我唔食好腥嘅魚 可以同廚師講 佢地會選擇番適合你嘅食材🥰首先 雖然佢哋主打親民價 價錢比出邊omakase平 但係用嘅食材一啲都唔差 刺身食落十分新鮮 💯 海膽帶子北寄貝等真係超級鮮甜 食完想即刻encore 😆 另外 需要灸燒嘅壽司燒得恰到好處 印象最深刻嘅係鰹魚壽司 我本身唔太鍾意食魚 怕腥 但佢哋嘅鰹魚一啲都唔腥 燒完後更加香口😍除此之外 佢哋嘅壽司飯都十分有水準 飯粒粒分明 醋味恰到好處 唔會遮蓋左刺身本身嘅鮮味 😋呢間日本餐廳食材新鮮 價錢親民 絕對可以一試🥳Had my second omakase in HK! 🤩 If you don’t have a lot of budget yet wanna try out omakase, you’re reading the right post! 😛 It only

首先 雖然佢哋主打親民價 價錢比出邊omakase平 但係用嘅食材一啲都唔差 刺身食落十分新鮮 💯

Had my second omakase in HK! 🤩 If you don’t have a lot of budget yet wanna try out omakase, you’re reading the right post! 😛 It only costs you $880 for a 16-course omakase, with appetizer,sashimi, sushi etc.
This course included different kinds of fish sashimi, squid sashimi, scallop sushi with foie gras, sea urchin sushi etc. If you have a preference on food (e.g you don’t like too fishy), you can simply tell the chef and they’ll arrange something else for you! 😋
First, the fish/seafood was extremely fresh! And the grilled fish was handled nicely. The grill successfully covered up the fishy smell, and brought up the freshness! Also, the sushi rice was pretty nice too. The rice wasn’t all stuck together. They’re somewhat chewy, and the vinegar didn’t overshadow the freshness of sashimi! Good job 👏🏻
Overall, with the fresh seafood, and such a fair price, it’s absolutely a good value for money when it comes to omakase! 😜
