提早一星期預約都已經full左，好彩佢會call waiting list嘅時候攝到位🤓七點入座，首先齊人坐低有刺身拼盤、雞煲（可以食唔同味）個人覺得芝士最特別，真係好拉絲、配搭炒香咗嘅雞及洋蔥，非常惹味！ 每一款雞煲嘅雞底都係一樣（雞勁好食）如果佢午餐一人雞煲餐，我諗我都會幫襯🤣🤣進入火鍋環節，先有海鮮拼盤、牛；除咗個龍蝦其他都可以重複點。 最最最鍾意佢嘅白鱔、龍躉腩、鮑魚、蝦滑，牛始終唔係佢主打，所以就唔評論啦，不過所有海鮮都的確係非常新鮮！侍應人手都算充足，而且都好貼心。如果真係要彈嘅，就係飲品款式唔算多、天花有時會滴水。不過呢個價錢任食咁新鮮嘅海鮮，下次一定會再encore😝I made a reservation a week in advance, but it was already full. We were seated at seven. First, we enjoyed a sashimi platter and a chicken hotpot (with different flavors). I personally found the cheese flavor to be the most special; it was so stretchy and paired wonderfully with the stir-fried chicken and onions—very delicious! Each chicken hotpot had the same base (the chicken was really tasty). If they offered a chicken hotpot lunch special, I think I would definitely go for it! 🤣🤣
Moving on to the hotpot section, we had a seafood platter and beef. Apart from the lobster, everything else could be ordered repeatedly. My absolute favorites were the white eel, grouper belly, abalone, and shrimp paste. The beef isn't their specialty, so I won't comment on that, but all the seafood was indeed very fresh! The service was quite sufficient, and the staff were very attentive.
If I had to nitpick, the drink options were a bit limited, and there were times when water dripped from the ceiling.
But with the price for such fresh seafood, I will definitely come back for an encore next time! 😝
