[#yuenlong] [#hforwestern] this lava croissant has been on my list for so long finally i got to try this as weekends' brunch.The croissant was ok, lobster soup flowing from the croissant when it was cut, very igable, am very sad didnt record the moment when we cut the croissant. The risotto was ok, i like the idea of adding brown rice in and it added a different texture.
The drink is horrible. We ordered matcha latte and there was too much matcha powder, the milk was tasteless. The drink is again, a weird mixture. We had 2 sips only.
The white truffle ice cream is special and surprising, the crumbs and dried strawberries on the side made it to the next level. But we have waited too long for this after we finished our meal.
Pricing is aggressive, which is understandable as it is opened in a shopping mall. Dont think will have no second visit concerning its price and food quality overall.
