今次點的是我最喜愛的炸蝦餅漢堡, 味道依然保持到水準, 充滿牛油香味而且口感軟熟的Brioche, 沾了醬汁後沒有糊起來, 蟹餅外表香脆而內裡蟹肉層次豐富, 鮮味也夠, 醬汁的運用也夠出色, 在蟹餅上面是酸甜帶微辣的紅醬, 下面的牛油果香菜醬, 醬的質感夠濃厚而沒有影響麵包和蟹餅的質感, 味道配合也夠出色. 配菜點了炸雞塊, 同樣外脆內嫩, 雞肉也夠肉汁, 只是炸衣有點厚, 和漢堡包的出色水準, 就是差了少少!
Sick Burger is one of the miracle in MOS F&B scene as it operated for a short period of time but already opened a new branch at CWB. The brioche is soft and rich in butter taste. The crab patty is so crispy and fresh and the sasa salute together with avocado sauce makes the burger so rich in taste. The deep fried chicken is nice as well but of coz burger is much perfect!
