燒鵝雙拼(燒鵝+油雞)

燒鵝皮燒到薄脆,咬落有「卜卜」聲,皮下油脂溶化得幾好,唔會成口油,鵝肉結實但唔鞋,同酸梅醬一齊食會更突出鵝味,另外油雞雞肉嫩而有肉汁,雞都整得幾出色

燒鵝雙拼(燒鵝+叉燒)
燒鵝同樣焦香同油香兼備,叉燒仲可以揀半肥瘦/肥叉/瘦叉,今次呢舊邊位有輕微焦邊,蜜汁甜味同豉香平衡,肥位入口即溶,瘦位都有少少肉汁唔鞋口

以上套餐本身跟油菜、青瓜雲耳、白飯同一碗老火湯,夠晒滿足,尤其青瓜雲耳爽脆微酸,帶少少蒜香,係幾好嘅解膩冷盤,今晚老火湯係章魚節瓜湯,味道唔會太咸,啱啱好
