This corner bakery adjacent to the Cinematheque sells Hong Kong-style bread, cakes and baked pastries. I got this lava cheese and ham soft bun. The baked cheese on top is partly sweet and partly savoury- very tasty, as if they added honey to the melted cheese. The crust of the sandwich was crunchy and warm. There’s a slice of ham inside. Good value for 10 bucks.
