龍蝦濃湯 (Lobster Bisque) / 蟹肉酥皮撻 (Crab Meat Puff Pastry) + $38 / $48
龍蝦湯味道濃稠，內裡加入咗龍蝦肉同松露，令龍蝦湯嘅質感於奶滑嘅基礎上增添層次。蟹肉酥皮撻用上香草同松露調製而成，以忌廉香草嘅味道為主，松露嘅香味為輔。
The lobster bisque tastes rich. The addition of lobster meat and truffles enriches the layering on top of the creamy texture. The crab meat puff pastry is complemented with herbs and truffles. The flavour of herbs is more outstanding when compared to the flavour of truffle.

澳洲M6和牛西冷 (Australian M6 Wagyu Sirloin) / 烤大蝦義大利麵 (Spaghetti with Grilled King Prawns) +$98 / $58
和牛西冷以五成熟呈現，顏色粉嫩且質感嫩滑。和牛嘅肉香配搭上松露嘅味道頗為搭配。烤大蝦味道可口，質感彈牙。用上龍蝦汁同松露作調味，松露嘅味道頗為突出。
The wagyu sirloin is medium cooked, which gives a nice pink colour and a tender texture. The aroma of wagyu beef goes well with the taste of truffles. The grilled prawns are mouth-watering and have a fresh springy texture. The seasoning of lobster sauce and truffles are quite outstanding.
