食落口好有口感 一粒粒咁咬爆會有點鹹

不過雪糕最大既缺點大概係雪糕唔夠滑 同食落有點硬

It is made of bitter gourd, coccoloba uvifera and Hokkaido's 3'6 Milk Ice Cream
Receiving it, you can smell the scent of flower because the shop adds the scented tea into the dry ice💨 providing the sweet scent
The bitter gourd is not my fav originally but after trying it with ice cream, you can taste both the sweetness of it and the ice cream after the bitterness
And for the coccoloba uvifera, it is a food from Okinawa, every bite provides fresh salty taste, and with ice cream, it surprises me with its matching 😍 so great but its only available in Summer
The one thing that needs to improve will be that the ice cream needs to be more smooth
After all, it is a new combination, worth a try
