黎尖咀行開街,聽人講呢度有粗口啤加串燒黎試下
本身想要青檸味但賣哂 :( 唯有要甜橘微辣味
飲過都ok,但無想像中既辣味有d失望,下次要試番青檸先得!
野食先來一客雙重芝士燒豬頸肉,芝士控必叫之選!芝士塊加芝士粉真係無得輸。芝士塊加熱後溶落豬頸肉度好正,d粉就跟住d熱力痴係上面,yummy
燒雞泡魚干,上台果陣係熱既,配沙律醬食岩哂
黎到招牌火焰叉燒!!waiter 會係上叉燒既時候既時加d酒精,然後開火做火焰既感覺!酒精味唔會太濃,酒精濃度較低左,叉燒食落有少少焦味唔錯
用火槍燒叉燒既表面好正
之後要多個豬仔脾,肉質幾嫩,但又唔會鬆散哂,唔洗加七味粉都夠香,食番原汁鮮味
最後要多串安格斯牛柳粒同燒芝士丸,無太大特別~~
