Purple Potato Vetch
呢個名真係第一次聽,原來佢地係香港首推呢到菜嘅餐廳😎 外皮用左紅薯澱粉為原料,口感煙煙韌韌,有啲似紫薯糯米皮,而且有啲邊位仲燒到焦脆添🍠 裡面有木耳絲、香腸、蒜蓉同埋香蔥,味道非常豐富,值得一試👍🏼
Here is HK’s first launch of this particular dish, which is a starchy outer layer wrapped around wood ear shreds, sausages, garlic and scallions. It has a chewy texture and defo worth a try.

蒜香燒生蠔 $199/半打
Garlic Grilled Oyster
肥美燒生蠔嘅鮮味豐腴,口感爽滑鲜嫩🦪 加上蒜蓉就更加能夠提升生蠔的鮮度,食落非常惹味,配啤酒一流🍺
The oysters were plump and juicy, and the minced garlic helped to elevate the freshness even more.

紐西蘭羊骨扒 $48/件
NZ Lamb Chop
紐西蘭嘅羊肉軟嫩多汁,肉味濃郁,而且因為是草飼羊所以不會太羶🐑 孜然粉嘅氣味濃烈,可以掩蓋羊肉嘅膻味,仲可以解膩😋
NZ lambs are known for their tender meat and the outstanding flavours, while being not overly gamy at the same time.

蔬菜方面叫左錫紙娃娃菜 ($38/份), 娃娃菜好索湯,唔會煮到淋曬,但略嫌有啲多油🙈 四季豆 ($24/2串) 清脆嘅口感同特殊嘅甜味連同孜然粉嘅配合一流😙 仲有粒粒栗米串 ($24/10串),口感介乎於硬實同煙韌嘅中間,幾有咬口🌽
We also got Corn Skewers, which funnily had a chewy and hard texture (in a good way). The Chinese Cabbage in Tinfoil was full of flavour, however a bit on the oily side. The Grilled String Beans were crunchy and fresh.
