Went to have dinner at Leung Hing with friends tonight. The food was above average, but the place is very unhygenic... During our meal we heard noises made by rats from the cupboard behind our table.... The waiter claimed that the noise was caused by electric cable (what!?)It was clearly rat noises and given the high pitches and the high volume of the noises, there must be a bunch of rats there...Stay away from this restaurants at all cost!Not very expensive, because we didn't finish our meal a
