Steamed chicken on top of the lotus leave and 4 veggie(pumpkin,sweet potato,gouard and sweet corn are served at the end of the meal

the udon underneath the chicken soaked up the the essence of the chicken is soooooooo flavourful

the chicken is moist,soft and tender
.
4 veggie acts as the wholesome,healthy end note of the meal
last but not least, the congee with dried scallops and pork ribs and all the essences of the seafood served as the palate cleansing of the end of the meal hearty and wholesome!!
