Went there after haven't been for a few months, wa! What happened????The pork chop is thin, dry, over fried and the batter was very thick, there is almost no flavour. (Probably bcos if it's thin, it takes less attention to make sure it's cooked, and obviously no attention was paid and it was overcooked)The Smoked carp fish is not as juicy, sweet as before, the sauce tasted different! The vege rice was over cooked with no taste of vegetable and the rice tasted stale...Wonton still ok. Ginger scal

Wonton still ok. Ginger scallion noodle ok too, a bit greasy.

I noticed that now they have changed the cook, but howcome the recipe changed as well??? Better improve or you will lose alot of customers...

Rumour has it that the chef/original owner has sold her shares to her partner...
