Look how crazily large this poke bowl is... It comprised tuna, salmon, sea bream, cucumbers, red & yellow pepper, lettuce, red cabbage, shredded egg, crab roe, sesames, avocado and finally a soft-boiled egg. The fish was fresh and delicious, while the assorted vegetables added so much zest and refreshments to it. I absolutely love that they’re very slightly sautéed with ponzu sauce (citrus + soy sauce), and that the shredded egg (Usuyaki Tamago) tasted like paper-thin omelette toppings which gave it a naturally sweet kick! Last but not least, the crab roes and sesame seeds upped the ante by adding some crunch to its already diverse textures.
I’m super amazed by its huge portions that actually I split the bowl to two meals and still felt full each time 😋they even gave a cup of lemon 養生茶 with the bowl! The best value, literally!
