It is difficult to find some Thai restaurant in Tinshuiwai, and today I am delighted!This rice noodle with hand-shredded chicken in Tom Yum Goong broth is surprisingly good! The broth is aromatic and flavourful, with lots of lemongrass, cilantro and other herbs. A lot of tomato are there too. The broth is not diluted even there is a noodle inside.
