Finally tried their signature ramen and it did not disappoint!
The creamy soup base was smooth and flavourful. The chicken slices were so tender that they could just melt in your mouth. I also really like their pork char siu, not the fatty kind, yet still maintained a tender texture and wasn’t chewy at all. The beautifully fried golden burdock also provided an added level of flavour and texture (I asked for a plate to set aside the fried burdock so that it wouldn’t get soggy as I dig into my ramen😂).

The only downer was that the soft boiled egg was a little overcooked. I also like thin straight ramen noodles more than the thick wavy noodles they offered, but this really is just a matter of personal preference🤷🏻♀️ Regardless, I finished the entire bowl (including the soup), so it definitely was very good😍

終於試到金鶴的雞白湯拉麵，果然不失所望，把一大碗連湯都吃完。奶白色的雞濃湯超好喝，雞肉和叉燒偏瘦（我不用撕掉太多肥肉🙈）但肉質卻非常嫩滑軟淋，有入口即溶的感覺！香脆的牛蒡令拉麵多了一種味道層次和口感(我問店員拿了碟把牛蒡先放著，以避免在湯裡浸淋🤣)

唯獨糖心蛋煮得有點過熟😭同埋，我個人比較喜歡直身細麵，但店裏只提供較粗身的捲麵，可能因為捲麵跟湯頭更配合吧🤔記得在OpenRice 訂購優惠價HK$78一碗，超抵食！
