現在的渣哥已不是處於黃店興起最鼎盛的時間, 單是大渣哥茶記在灣仔核心地帶也有分店, 而渣哥小食店也有五六家店. 現在的渣哥堅守九龍灣, 就是一間茶記和小食店, 茶記人流基本上沒什麼問題, 在所謂第二個CBD的地區支持的白領還是不少, 而裝修格局, 菜式的水準和選擇也和開張時相差不遠.黃金豬扒是我在這裡常吃的小食, 切條後的份量大約有兩件, 要欣賞的是鹹蛋黃並非後加, 而是和豬扒一起煎香, 你會見到蛋黃化成蛋汁沾在豬扒上, 相當香口. 肉質偏實但不韌, 吃起來也沒渣, 肉汁和蛋汁結合起來, 味道相當不錯. 豉油王炒麵不再只有蔥段和銀芽, 有蝦, 叉燒絲和火腿絲吃起來更有口感和味道. 豉油平均沾在幼麵上, 炒起來濃味夠香, 如果再收多一點油, 更乾身就更好.Cafe de Jar Gor previously had Wan Chai Branch but now focused her business in Kowloon Bay. Cafe de Jar Gor previously had Wan Chai Branch but now focused her business in Kowloon Bay. The salted egg yolk pig chops are nice with excellent fusion of egg yolk and meat juice. Very crispy and firm in texture but it is not dry and rough at all. The fried noodles with soy sauce have more ingredients such as shrimp and ham. The soy sauce is rich in taste and even distributed to the noodles. If fried less oily it will be prefect.
