香燒法國春雞配大虎蝦伴藜麥沙律 $168
Roasted French Chicken & King Prawn with Quinoa Salad
上碟嗰陣已經聞到濃香四溢的氣味、雞皮呈現金黃潤澤嘅狀態😍 上面嘅虎蝦啖啖肉，口感爽口彈牙🦐 雞皮上面嘅香料混合雞肉本身鮮甜滑嫩嘅味道，加上鹹鹹甜甜嘅燒烤醬簡直完美無缺👍🏼 法國春雞油脂比例算高，幸好有青瓜、紅菜頭、番茄仔等拌菜用黎解膩😊 藜麥份量亦唔少，有益之餘又可以帶啲清新個感覺🌿
The sizzling chicken was wafted with great aromas. The tiger prawn on top was super plump and fresh. Chicken skin was golden and crispy, and the meat was tender and juicy. The bbq sauce on top adds a punch of umami. There were also beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, quinoa and other sides that helped to decrease the oily sensation.

鎮店之寶點可以唔嗌黎試下呢😜 冰磚喺用濃縮咖啡溝水而成，比例係醫院咖啡師自己研發😌 店員哥哥話要先將熱牛奶倒入咖啡磚上面，俾佢慢慢溶化，讓咖啡嘅香味同牛奶混合成一🥛 佢地用左哥倫比亞同巴西嘅咖啡豆，所以味道酸中帶甘，散發出濃醇嘅香味☕️ 旁邊仲有橙皮，為咖啡加上淡淡燈香🍊
This infamous drink is a combination between hot milk and frozen espresso, with the ratio determined by the barista. After the heat from the milk has melted the espresso, it fused into a white coffee that had a nice balance between sweet, sour and bitter due to the Colombian and Brazilian origins.
