
一入去即刻叫兩杯野飲頂下先,一杯係果汁,令一杯係嘅cocktail,杯cocktail有乾橙有陳皮,應該係溝啤酒,啱晒今晚咁熱嘅天氣!

叫咗個帶子龍蝦鹹蛋黃risotto,開頭以為好膩,原來佢入面加咗一塊塊細既豆腐,令到成件事即時清新左!一啖飯一啖帶子一啖龍蝦出奇地夾!

另外叫咗個黑毛豬五花腩,分量十足,佢個汁好特別,好似係用蘋果芥末蜜糖溝出嚟嘅醬汁,清新得來味道又唔差令到黑毛豬舊腩肉唔肥膩,每夠肉嘅一邊都燒到好鬼脆,但入面煮得啱啱好,夠嫩!

仲叫咗個避風塘魷魚鬚,上枱嗰陣熱辣辣,啱晒用嚟送我杯cocktail,佢除咗好多脆脆之外,仲加咗薯片碎,即時令到成件事脆口左,蒜粒又好食,真係想叫多碟食!


臨走前見到隔離枱有個拼盤好似好正咁,下次一定會再試,同埋要試埋佢個避風塘蘿蔔糕😆😆😆😆😆
