(小編唔係呢排食㗎)早排去咗蘇豪區嘆西餐,入咗嚟呢間幾有格調嘅餐廳。呢間餐廳以咖啡起家,慢慢開始做埋主食。今日試吓新Menu。Dinner board 4items: Crispy salmon skin Canadian lobster with salty egg yolksAustralia Waygu beef cheeksCrab meat in citrus and and truffled mayo每碟份量都唔算好多,不過就可以試晒咁多款!其中龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,夠鮮甜,食起嚟啖啖肉,配埋蛋黃醬好邪惡!牛面頰林身入味!Beef tenderloin仲係好粉嫩嘅牛!食落好重牛味,配埋側邊嘅醬更能突顯牛香!呢間餐廳嘅牛做得好唔錯!飲品方面,叫咗Piccolo choco blend,旁邊有d提子乾。Blueberry cupcakes,見係餐廳推介就試吓,原本以為類似mocktail,但原來係熱茶,不過飲落有啲似話梅味,自己就唔係好接受到。
