The gravy was a bit sweet with a very light tomato flavor though I cannot see it . The cartilage with 1/2 size mahjong meat was tender enough. Just a bit fat around the pork. However, I could see a layer of oil floated over gravy which was more than enough for mixing with rice! So, I think it is better to request less gravy or the gravy placed on separate container.
