I firstly knew this restaurant in CWB, yet I've never tried it, because it always had a long line in front of the restaurant! And we've arrived the TST one at 6:30 pm in case there would be too many people in the "golden period". However, we still had to wait for 45 mins.We've ordered a 二人套餐 including 炸軟殼蟹，吉列豬扒，豬柳，大蝦，生蠔...Honestly, 炸軟殼蟹，豬柳，大蝦 were just so-so, not really that worth waiting for so long time outside the restaurant! 吉列豬扒 and 生蠔 were nice, better that normal Japanese restaurant. 飯及生

飯及生菜絲is refillable, with and eat with 紫菜醋 and 1 other sauce! These side dishes are quite nice, but we were too full to finish all of them. 紫菜醋 was very yummy!!
I think this restaurant is not bad, yet for this price ($600 for 2) , there are far more better selections everywhere in HK!! 可是聲勢如此浩大，試一次也無妨!!
