老饕酸菜白肉鍋 (Pickled Cabbage and Pork Soup) $158
酸菜用上醃制東方大白菜，配上豬腩同寬粉條。湯底幾足料，味道以酸菜嘅酸味為主，頗為開胃。
The soup has included with pickled cabbage, together with pork belly and vermicelli noodles. The flavour of the soup mainly comes from the sourness of the pickled cabbage, which is quite appetizing.

手切安格斯牛小排 (Angus Steak) $338
我哋叫咗大份嘅牛小排，份量頗大，牛小排雪花平均，質感嫩滑，值得一試。
We've ordered the large portion of Angus steak. It has nice marbling, and it tastes tender. It worths a try.

美國梅花豬肉 (U.S. Pork Collar Butt) $98
梅花豬肉質感較軟熟，脂肪分佈平均，但肉味則相對較淡。
Pork collar butt has a balanced marbling, that gives it a tender texture. However, the taste is not as strong as other parts of pork.

鹽酥一口豆腐 (Fried Tofu) $48
豆腐上桌時熱辣辣，外脆內軟，令人不自覺食完。
The fried tofu is crispy in the outer layer and hot inside.

嘉美農場雞肉 (Kames Chicken) $58
雞肉嘅質感頗為嫩滑，但建議可以給單一嘅部位，例如雞胸，會更適合火鍋。
Kames Chicken tastes soft and tender. A little suggestion is to unify the part of the chicken, let say giving only chicken breast. It suits the hotpot more.

杞子抗菊露 (Goji Chrysanthemum Tea) $28
味道唔會好甜，令菊花味更出，好適合清火鍋嘅熱氣。
The tea won't taste too sweet and gives a more outstanding flavour of chrysanthemum. It is a drink that you would like to have together with a hotpot meal.
