Prices are a little on the high side for lunch (their lunch specials provide a little more value), but such price is not unfounded as the quality is superb. If you’re lucky enough to come before the crowds, get a seat in the booths for maximum comfort and privacy.雖然啲價錢不算平, 不過到覺得值得因為啲質素真係不錯. 如果你早到, 坐喺car位好舒服.
We love their lunch specials as it allow us to try a little bit of everything, but what we can’t go past another order of xiao long bao (小籠包) as the small serving that comes with the lunch special is never quite enough. The xiao long bao are beautifully pleated with delicately smooth and thin skin wrapping around a soup filled interior- one of the soupiest xiao long bao we’ve had! Similarly, their potstickers (鍋貼) are excellent too.啲午餐都不錯, 但是我地覺得幾過小籠包好似不夠, 因為太好味! 啲小籠包, 包得很漂亮－啲皮豿薄又豿滑。入面又有好多湯！鍋貼都一樣咁好食。
Our favourite item though, and the reason we will keep returning, is definitely their saliva chicken (口水雞), which is unlike any other I’ve tasted before. The chicken is smooth and succulent, served in its red, spicy sauce. The spice is slow to kick in, and only after the first few mouthfuls do you feel the heat building up, but not in a fiery chilli way. Instead, it’s a more muted type of spiciness, which leaves you with a small chilli kick, followed by a reminiscent numb, tingling feeling. Textural contrast is added by the crispy deep fried garlic (that surprisingly, manages to retain its crunch despite swimming in a pool of oil/sauce).最好食都係個口水雞。雞肉好滑，汁又夠味－啲麻辣好得意，入口時會有一陣辣，但係過佐之後剩低麻痺感覺。受不到辣的我都好中意。炸蒜頭脆卜卜加多一點層次感，令佢更加好味！
Service is so-so, but it’s definitely the food that has me coming back.
服務都算okay。食物真係幾好，所以我會返來！
