I had made the reservation on April 3 7:30 pm to have the birthday dinner with friends . We arrived at 7:20 and saw a line up outside the restaurant, I went to ask the people who work there where should I line up for my table which reserved , he told me to wait outside and line up at the end . So me and my friends wait outside as recommend , a girl waitress came out again and ask who had made the reservation at 7:30, so I shown her the reservation record . Then. She invites us to moved forward
A waiter , I dun think you can point a finger to your customer and yield them to move , where is your manner ? I insist to stand there and later I ask for the name for further complain (I cannot get the name of the waiter)
Later one of the guys come and i dunno if he is the supervisor of the restaurant or not , I told him I will file compliant. After that , they offer me a seat and said the table is ready for us .(really appreciate your help)
The foods of this restaurant are good except steak.
The birthday dinner was ruined by the waiter and I have not heard any apology from any staff since the problem began. Supper disappointed because when I search OpenRice, most people said that the food is good and the service is good , however , food is ok , but staff attitude is super impolite . This restaurants ruin the birthday dinner which my friend and I planned for sometimes due to Covid-19
