i tastes the best 反沙芋here. when the taro v 鬆化& not overcooked, texture quite firm than elsewhere which appears not fried & dry enuh thus 'wu hau' & 'san'. taro not too sweet itself but sweet sugar coating v matching. & coating is more distinct & crispy (reminds me of creme brulee) yet not separate from taro pieces easily.

other recommendations incl cold crab which is sweet fresh & meaty. the mixed platter with shrimp & cuttlefish balls bouncy & jelly fish thick & big. 倉魚fried thoroughly enuh & crispy. 滷水鵝quite meaty & 糖醋麵dried & crisp enuh. other common chiu chow food quite good but not as surprising. i also think 豬肚湯not spicy enuh, oysters not big enuh & not much duck meat in 荔芋鴨haha.

crispy outside, soft & juicy with flavour of ingredients locked inside, food fried thoroughly & dry enuh. the deep fried food seems to be strong points here.
