Its obviously not usual to come here to eat 叉燒 rice, but somehow I've read about people raving about the 叉燒 here, and its always sold out really early. This is on the 'right hand side' shop. So rate the 叉燒 I will!I thought it was quite soft in a way but really fatty - which is usually great but in this case, the fat hasn't really started melting, nor was it interlaced with the meat - so it was like chewing on raw fat on certain pieces! I guess I liked the 叉燒 flavour and softness in a way, but

I thought it was quite soft in a way but really fatty - which is usually great but in this case, the fat hasn't really started melting, nor was it interlaced with the meat - so it was like chewing on raw fat on certain pieces!

I guess I liked the 叉燒 flavour and softness in a way, but it needed more chargrill and other marinades flavour. It was just a bit boring as it was, albeit soft like boiled pork. The rice and sauce was a bit below average however.

Probably going to stick to eating congees and noodle dishes in the future.
