Genki is a my favor place for lonely late lunch. As usual, I picked a "午後之自選三食" (HK$39), cucumber maki rolls (HK$9), and a season's special - live calm (HK$26). The 午後之自選三食 was deep fried tofu, deep fried shrimp (with bread crumb coating), and sushi plate (salmon, eel, cooked shrimp, and deep fried tempura shrimp). Some people may think the deep fried shrimps had hard coating but I found that they were crispy. If you dip that shrimp in the sauce, the texture turns slightly soft (not bad!).

The tufo was a surprise, really smooth and soft, lovely!
The cucumber is my favorite among many different kinds of sushi or roll. I personally think that simply maki rolls is the basic requirement of being a sushi chef.
The live calm sushi is just a "so-so" item and I personally think it is not worth at HK$26.
The 午後之自選三食 is absolutely a good deal for most of the "normal" customer.
